Refund policy
T.H.I Pets cannot and will not accept returns on any item after 15 days from the original delivery date.
All items must be returned in original packaging.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to any return.
- Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted
- Items returned without authorization will not be eligible for credit
By accepting delivery of the product, the client agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
